Michael Hoffman is the co-founder and CEO of Gather Voices, a technology company that automates the creation, management and publishing of video content. He is also the founder of See3 Communications, a digital marketing agency in Chicago and founder of the DoGooder Video Awards which honors the best social cause video on YouTube each year. Hoffman teaches marketing at the University of Chicago and is an internationally sought-after speaker and trainer who is a trusted advisor to association leaders on engagement strategy.

Tim Turner An accomplished global leader with 25+ years of experience in executive production, event coordination, and project management. His diverse career includes historical venues Navy Pier and the New Regal Theater in Chicago. Touring with the Rolling Stones, Janet Jackson, and the Grateful Dead.

He was part of production teams for The Fugitive and Dennis the Menace. As an Executive Producer with TBA Global, he produced corporate meetings and events including Motorola’s 75 Anniversary, World Cup Opening Ceremony in Chicago, and the NFL experience by Motorola. 

At the McDonald’s Corporation, he was the project lead for various programs across a variety of departments. He held leadership positions on the Global Voice of McDonalds program, Marketing Leadership Conferences, SXSW Digital Activations, McDonald’s 50th Anniversary Celebration and the Global Worldwide Convention. He was awarded a Brand Activation Reggie Award, an International Association of Business Communication (IBAC) Quill Award and two McDonald’s Circle of Excellence Awards.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Augustana College, and certifications in Project Management, and Covid compliance with a Six Sigma Green Belt.


Steve Boyce For over 25 years, Steve has been advising leading brands on business and marketing strategy, digital and technology transformation, brand advertising and multi-channel marketing.
