Creating a truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization is an ongoing effort that requires intentionality, interdepartmental collaboration, and an openness to learning, growth, and feedback. And while it isn’t easy, it is critical work for organizations who want to achieve their goals and facilitate stronger communities.

That’s why we invited Dr. Crystal Newby, Ed.D., Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), to join Michael Hoffman, CEO of Gather Voices, for a 1-hour webinar to dive deep into creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive organizations. They discussed:

  • The fundamental components of a truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization
  • How to move from good intentions to action
  • Roadblocks you may encounter and how to work past them
  • How to measure your progress for continuous improvement
