At Musikfest 2025, WFMZ partnered with Gather Voices to create an interactive video booth where festival-goers, especially kids, could experience being a news anchor. Using a custom version of Gather Voices' Kiosk, WFMZ automated the process of video creation, branding, and sharing, driving engagement both during and after the event. The activation led to over 130 videos created, significant website traffic, and increased brand exposure for WFMZ and its sponsor.

WFMZ had previously set up a DIY video recording booth at events, but the process was manual, and branding and sharing video content required significant effort. The staff had to manage video creation, review content, and manually send videos to participants, limiting efficiency.
Using Gather Voices:
With Gather Voices' software, WFMZ transformed its approach at Musikfest 2025. Attendees could step into the booth, record videos with Gather Voices’ teleprompter mode, and instantly receive branded content in their inbox. Videos featured co-branding for WFMZ, Musikfest, and event sponsor Lehigh Valley Electricians, creating greater exposure for all involved. Automated emails sent videos to participants, supporting continued engagement and sharing opportunities. Over 130 videos were created, and each day WFMZ posted a new gallery of videos to their website, driving over 10,000 views, with nearly 2,500 unique visitors and thousands of social comments during the event.
