If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years working alongside the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), it’s this: Associations thrive when their members lead the conversation. At Gather Voices, we’ve built our entire platform around this belief and we’re proud to bring it to life once again at ASAE Annual 2025, happening August 9–12 in Los Angeles.
This year, we didn't just attend ASAE — we activated. From Booth 646 to around the conference floor, we showed what true member-centric storytelling looks like, in partnership with ASAE and association professionals like you. Whether you're leading the charge on innovation, volunteering behind the scenes, or proudly sporting your CAE designation, your voice belongs at the heart of this gathering — and we were glad to help you share it.
Gather Voices has been a longtime supporter and collaborator with ASAE, and the relationship goes beyond sponsorships or vendor listings. Over the past several years, we’ve worked closely with ASAE’s own team to amplify member voices — literally.
In 2022, ASAE tapped Gather Voices to help drive engagement across the entire member journey, from advocacy campaigns to event promotion. One powerful example: our video collection work at ASAE Annual that year drove over 25,000 views on social media, turning everyday attendees into influential storytellers. That’s the magic we’re bringing back in 2025.
AI might be a buzzword right now, but we’re not jumping on the bandwagon — we’re steering it in a meaningful direction. At this year’s ASAE Annual, we unveiled GatherBot, our new AI-powered assistant that lives inside the Gather Voices platform.
