Customer Success Associate (Contract)

We are seeking a contractor for Customer Success that will report to the CRO and work within the Customer Success team. This role will flex between new client onboarding support, established client engagement, turning around underperforming clients and supporting client communications.

Gather Voices is seeking a contractor (up to 40 hours per week) to support our clients and their use of our video relationship management software.  The fixed monthly contract pay range will fall within $3,500-$4,000 per month.

About the role

We are seeking a contractor for Customer Success that will report to the CRO and work within the Customer Success team.  This role will flex between new client onboarding support, established client engagement, turning around underperforming clients and supporting client communications.  

Our clients include The Greater Chicago Food Depository, SAS, Alzheimer's Association, National Spelling Bee, and many other top charities, universities, corporations, and trade associations. They need your help to succeed. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, customer-first, and remote culture, and who is comfortable with taking initiative. Prior experience in marketing practices is preferred.

Accountabilities

  • Support our customers on their issues and questions related to the product
  • Proactively engage existing clients to help with retention
  • Assist in the creation and deployment of client communications
  • Develop updated training, recognition & welcome videos for our clients
  • Participate in product testing and feedback process

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of experience directly working in customer success
  • Understanding of marketing's needs, objectives and outcomes
  • Curious, collaborative, and outcome driven by nature
  • Team player that is comfortable in environments that regularly change
  • Comfortable with creating videos and is interested in new technologies
