Now over 45+ clients strong and growing quickly, Gather Voices is entering its next phase of growth.  Backed by world-class investors we are implementing a growth strategy that focuses on the needs of Associations and Events industries (to start). Our video solutions make it possible for organizations to deepen relationships with their constituents by creating and sharing video content with anyone anywhere. Our solutions enable a 10X increase in video production, produced 10X faster than traditional methods, resulting in a 3-5X increase in engagement.

About the role

We are seeking a highly promotable, top-performing Sales Development Representative that is ready to leverage their experience and skills to do more than generate leads.  Reporting to and supported by the Chief Revenue Officer, your charter and challenges will include:

  • Starting by building a strong pipeline of sales leads from our list of qualified leads.
  • Expert at lead research utilizing tools like Sales Navigator and industry tools we have access to determine relevant engagement and talking points
  • Coordinating and executing demos via video conference to showcase our solutions
  • Assessment of current Tools and Process to help refine with the desired goal of increasing effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Focused on helping to build and refine a repeatable process this role will focus on mid-market organizations with annual budgets over $5M, in order to schedule 20 demos per month
  • Attending conferences will also be a core function of this role to help increase awareness and identify qualified leads
  • Responsible for sharing insights of leads and opportunity needs, in order to improve sales strategies and gain key insights for future product development
  • Utilize Gather Voices to create video content to be utilized in lead prospecting as well as opportunity engagement and activation
  • Creating ways to champion Video Relationship Management (VRM) to gain awareness, enhance credibility, and demonstrate leadership in the target market
