About the Role

Our small and mighty Marketing team is looking to add a highly motivated, passionate team player who believes in the power of video to strengthen human connection. We want you on our team if you’re highly adaptable to the changes that come in a startup environment and excited to learn about and work across a wide scope of Marketing channels. Your enthusiastic spirit, attention to detail, and proven project management/organizational skills will play an integral role in propelling our team forward.

This role will be full-time contract (40 hours, Monday - Friday) for 3 months, with the potential to transition to a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer innovative ideas and solutions to help drive strategic Marketing decision-making
  • Own the tactical execution of our Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing campaigns
  • Optimize and streamline our marketing processes through effective project management and thought leadership
  • Manage our Editorial Calendar workflows to ensure we’re delivering the right message to the right people at the right time 
  • Support the creation and production of engaging, authentic content, including marketing videos, blog posts, emails, white papers, webinars, events, and social media posts
  • Foster human connection and community engagement across our Social channels by monitoring and participating in conversations authentically and consistently
  • Organize and maintain Marketing assets and collateral to improve the speed and efficiency of our Marketing programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with the internal Gather Voices team, as well as external partners, clients, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of B2B/SaaS Marketing experience focused on lead generation
  • Experience leveraging HubSpot (or similar CRM) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail is required
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong ability to adapt in a changing environment
  • Strong writing capabilities
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment, fail fast, learn and adapt
