Our video solutions make it possible for organizations to deepen relationships with their constituents by creating and sharing video content with anyone anywhere. Our solutions enable a 10X increase in video production, produced 10X faster than traditional methods, resulting in a 3-5X increase in engagement.

About the role

We are seeking a highly promotable, top-performing Business Development Representative that is ready to leverage their experience and skills to do more than generate leads.  Reporting to and supported by the Chief Revenue Officer, your charter and challenges will include:

  • Drive lead generation by identifying qualified contacts at target accounts and organizations
  • Build our sales pipeline by setting meetings with qualified contacts
  • Gather qualifying information by making 60+ calls per day to identify target companies’ needs and objectives
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools (Apollo/Outreach/Salesloft or similar) with proficiency
  • Use online resources to understand customers’ pain points and work to solve them
  • Work with your team and other departments to maximize sales
  • Track and report progress on daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Utilize Gather Voices to create video content to be utilized in lead prospecting as well as opportunity engagement and activation
  • Creating ways to champion Video Relationship Management (VRM) to gain awareness, enhance credibility, and demonstrate leadership in the target market

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of direct sales experience or relevant coursework
  • The ability to source great prospects and obtain all necessary information to close the deal
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed quotas (sales rankings preferred)
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage time
  • A coachable individual who’s open to new ideas and feedback, and is looking to advance their skill sets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An entrepreneurial spirit - the idea of being an active participant in a growing company must excite you
  • Must be tech savvy and able to navigate a CRM
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
